Stanley has been teaching voice since he completed a Master of Music in Opera Performance at the Longy School of Music in 2002. He works with students in all genres of music including Classical, Musical Theatre and Pop. His studio is comprised of students of all ages ranging from 10 years old through adults. Stanley teaches at his home in Worcester as well as The Groton School in Groton, MA.

Twice a year Stanley presents a studio recital for all his students which is presented with a professional pianist. He also offers the opportunity for his advanced students to present a full recital or half recital at anytime during the year.

His students have been accepted into schools such as the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU, Berkley School of Music in Boston, University of Connecticut Voice Department and University of Massachusetts at Amherst Voice Department. They have also attended programs such as Boston University Tanglewood Institute and Boston Conservatory Vocal/Choral Intensive.

Many of Stanley’s adult students sing in local choral groups such as The Worcester Chorus, The Master Singers of Worcester and the Quinabog Chorus.

Stanley is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing and is currently on the Boston Chapter Board of Directors serving as the Membership Chairperson.
